The International Cooperation

The Institute has extensive international relations with many universities and research centers around the world. Contacts of the Institute staff are expanding in conducting joint research through international grants.

Within the framework of training and professional development in 2019-2020. Institute employees went on internships: 3 to the clinic Ankara (Turkey), 1 to Minsk (Belarus), 1 to Freiburg (Germany). Participated in international seminars and conferences: Russia - 23: 6-Moscow, 8-St. Petersburg, 5-Sochi, 1-Togliatti, 3-Yekaterinburg; Kazakhstan - 5: 4-Nursultan, 1-Almaty, 2-Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), 2-Minsk (Belarus), 3-Baku (Azerbaijan), 2-Dubai (UAE), 4-Haydarobod (India), 2-Ankara (Turkey), 1-Memphis (USA), 1-Lyon, (France), 1-Amsterdam (Netherlands).

On the basis of the institute, since 2005, a charitable program GIPAP (Switzerland, Novartis) has been implemented, thanks to which patients with confirmed chronic myeloid leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia Ph-positive variant receive Gleevec free of charge. Cooperation continues under the GIPAP program (Switzerland) aimed at the treatment and diagnosis of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia.

Close cooperation has been established with the Russian Hematology Center in the field of personnel development, research and training of scientific personnel. Memorandums were signed by the following centers: - Clinic of the University of Freiburg, Germany -scientific and practical center of oncology, immunology and hematology, Belarus -Minsk Scientific and Practical Center for Surgery, Transplantology and Hematology, Belarus -Scientific and practical clinic named after Abdurahman Yurtaslan, Turkia. -Hematological Scientific Medical Center, Moscow -Scientific Research Institute of Hematology and Transfusiology, St. Petersburg.

Clinical residency data

Clinical residency on the basis of NIIG and PC is carried out for hematologists and transfusiologists in accordance with the order of the office of mines No. 319 of 18.12.09. "Regulations on the procedure for advanced training and retraining of medical workers" and orders of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 204 of July 12, 2012 "On the requirements for the content of training programs in the system of advanced training and retraining of medical workers and the procedure for their approval" and No. 372 of November 4, 2013 "On the improvement of regulatory documents for the training of specialists in clinical residency"

The normative term of study in the specialty ("hematology and transfusiology") is 2 years. The training of clinical residents is carried out according to a working curriculum drawn up on the basis of the Model Curriculum, as well as according to an individual plan drawn up under the guidance of qualified specialists (professor, associate professor and equivalent positions of scientific institutions) appointed by the Academic Council of the institution.

Professional development data

Together with the Department of Hematology and Transfusiology, TashIUV, the programs for postgraduate training of hematologists, transfusiologists and laboratory doctors have been revised at the Research Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion. Training courses for medical laboratory assistants on coagulology issues have been organized.
