2-hematology department

The hematology department has 40 beds. The department treats adult patients over 18 years old. The department provides round-the-clock inpatient care for patients from all regions of the republic, as well as for patients with paid services from the CIS countries (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan).

The department carries out medical work with the introduction of scientific achievements in the field of hematology with the use of new medical technologies in accordance with the standards of diagnosis and treatment of hematological patients approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Scientific and methodological activities are carried out jointly with the scientific departments of the institute, the departments of "Hematology and transfusilology" TashIUV and "Hematology, transfusilology and laboratory affairs" TMA.

The doctors of the department also provide diagnostic, medical and consulting assistance to patients throughout the republic. In addition, the doctors of the department actively consult both inpatients and outpatients. The doctors of the department cooperate with colleagues from the Federal Clinical Hematological Research Center of Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg), Turkey (Ankara), India (Delhi), Europe (Germany, Frankfurt). In the department, treatment is carried out in accordance with international and national recommendations for programs and protocols with proven effectiveness.

• ♦ Chronic leukemia (chronic lymphocytic leukemia);
• ♦ Chronic myeloproliferative diseases: chronic myeloid leukemia, primary myelofibrosis, polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, etc.);
• ♦ Myelodysplastic syndrome;
• ♦ Immune thrombocytopenia;
• ♦ Anemias of various etiologies: autoimmune hemolytic anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency anemia, iron deficiency anemia, anemia of chronic diseases;
